Shipping & Handling
At The Healing Atelier, we ship products primarily using United Parcel Services (UPS) standard ground shipping. All edible products are shipped UPS. If any order includes edible products, the entire order will be shipped UPS. Some non-edible products may, at the discretion of The Healing Atelier, be shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are based upon the combined weight, size of your selected products and shipping options chosen. Shipping and handling fees are listed on your order confirmation page prior to the final check out stage. We ship to anywhere in the world. We are not responsible if your country’s customs delay or deny the shipment. International orders may take up to 21 days to receive. We generally ship within two to ten days of receipt of your order, exclusive of weekends and holidays. Expected delivery time is indicated in the shipping section of the shopping cart and is also available via UPS tracking. Your order can be tracked via UPS. We do not ship to PO boxes. To economize we do not arrange overnight or special Saturday delivery.
The Healing Atelier reuses and recycles shipping materials so boxes, envelopes and packing materials may not be brand new. If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area, you are free to pick up your products. Please call The Healing Atelier, 408.356.8987, first to schedule am approximate pick-up time.

The Healing Atelier does not accept returns. Damaged or erroneous orders will be replaced or corrected. In the event that an edible product is returned it must be shipped only via UPS for credit of said returned product. Any returns shipped via any other carrier cannot be credited.
